Nutrition - Nourishing our bodies is essential to clearing the mind. You will receive guidance on foods which lower inflammation and facilitate healing, as well as delicious recipes, and meal prep / cooking guidance.
Healthy thinking - Freedom from anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges requires the renewing of our minds. You will be guided through practicing uplifting, calming meditation, as well as replacing negative, intrusive thoughts with healthier, positive ones. These practices significantly enhances our frontal lobes, and our mental and physical well-being.
Exercise - Your mind and body are deeply interconnected, so facilitating mental healing requires that we incorporate regular exercise. Coaching includes guidance on how to use exercise, based on your ability, to facilitate rapid healing.
Hydrotherapy - Increasing blood flow within the body and to the brain will help your mind wake up and improve more rapidly. Guidance on how to use various hydrotherapies will be provided, according to your needs and conditions.
